Muskegon River

The Muskegon River is a majestic body of water stretching from Northern Michigan down to Muskegon Lake and eventually winding up in Lake Michigan.  In my opinion it is the closest river we have in the state that compares to the rivers out west.  The Mo as it is called by many has a fall run of salmon, steelhead from October till the end of April, and lots of small mouth and tubers in the summer. Every stretch of this river is breath taking and it holds lots of fish.
